From north or south of the city, travel on Interstate I-75, exiting at the West Paces Ferry. Travel east on West Paces Ferry, passing Georgia's Governor's Mansion. As you reach the Atlanta History Center, at the intersection of West Paces Ferry and East Andrews Drive, turn left onto East Andrews. Approximately 200 yards on your right is the first entrance to the center. 

From east or west of the city, Interstate I-20 and I-85 intersect with Interstate I-75 downtown. Follow the north / south directions from that point. Should you desire not to travel into the city, use Interstate I-285 north to I-75 and , again, follow directions above.
